    • a. The money back guarantee applies to customers who have purchased products from Furnatix South Africa.
    • b. To be eligible for the money back guarantee, the customer must return the items in an unused condition, along with the original packaging.
    • c. Only products purchased directly from the Furnatix.co.za website are eligible for the money back guarantee. Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers are not eligible.
     
  2. Timeframe:
    • a. The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund under the money back guarantee.
    • b. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be considered.
     
  3. Refund Process:
    • a. To initiate a refund request, the customer must contact Furnatix's customer service via email or phone within the 14-day period.
    • b. The customer service team will provide instructions on returning the item and the necessary documentation required for the refund process.
    • c. In the event you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, and you wish to return it, you will be responsible for cost to send the item back to Furnatix.
     
  4. Condition of Returned Product:
    • a. The item must be returned in an unused condition.
    • b. The original packaging must be included in the return.
    • c. Furnatix reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not in the specified condition or if it does not meet the eligibility criteria.
     
  5. Refund Approval:
    • a. Once the returned product is received and inspected by Furnatix, a refund decision will be made.
    • b. If the returned product meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
    • c. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
     
  6. Exclusions:
    • a. The money back guarantee does not apply to any products that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified by the customer.
    • b. Furnatix reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
     
  7. Limitations:
    • a. The money back guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and per purchase.
    • b. Furnatix reserves the right to modify or terminate the money back guarantee program at any time without prior notice.
