When you shop on our website, we won't charge you for the delivery if your order total exceeds R600!
At Furnatix, our passion for pets drives everything we do, including our commitment to giving you the freedom to enjoy your purchases without any extra costs.
Therefore, if you ever get a product you're not happy with, no worries! You've got a whole 14 days to send it back to us! You will have to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
Terms and conditions:
- Free shipping is applicable to orders delivered in South Africa only!
- Your order for R1500 or more can be delivered direct to your door
- Your order for R1500 or less will be dlivered to a pudo locker near you.
- Orders will take 2 to 3 business days for delivery to major centres in South Africa.
- Deliveries to outlining areas take 3 to 5 working days.
- All our orders are dispatched via pudo lockers or a courier.
- Deliveries to address outside South Africa do not quality for free shipping.
- Should your delivery address be outside of South Africa, we will contact you to make furhter arrangements.
